Dear Clients

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and staff members very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will practice social distancing to ensure the safety of both staff and clients.  We have implemented the following processes that we will be using on top of the stringent cleaning/disinfecting procedures we use on a day to day basis: including, enhanced cleaning protocols with particular focus on high traffic and high contact areas.  Hand sanitizer available for our clients and our staff at all main drop off points.

Please know that we are still open for Boarding, Daycare, and Grooming and are fully able to provide excellent care to your pets at all times.  

We have created a procedure at drop off and pick up time that will help keep everyone safe:

Grooming:

Valet or main door drop off services.  Your pet's groomer will gather your grooming instructions through the window to the left of our main entrance door. Once instructions have been taken the groomer will greet you and your dog at the main door.  We will be using our own slip leads and will first place the lead around your dog's neck, we are asking our clients, to remove their leashes and collars and take them back home with them. Our office will be contacting you over the phone, for payment by credit card or e-transfer.  

Daycare/Boarding: 

Drop off will be at the first door on the side of our main building.  We ask that our clients wait for the client ahead of them to finish with their dogs drop off before entering the building.  Keeping 6 ft distance from other clients at all times. We will get all of our boarding client's information over the phone, and arrange payment before drop off.  Pick up for Suites and Play-All-Day will be at the Play-All-Day building.  Please note we will be offering discounts on our daycare and boarding programs for all health care and essential workers.  Please contact us for further information.

For the time being, we have temporarily closed our training services.  And will be offering online training along with phone consults.  Please contact our office for pricing details. 

We will miss seeing you in our store during this crazy period, but we're pleased to offer some special services created especially for you during this time.  Curbside pick up of pet food and products such as Mega Raw, Keoni, Fromms, FreshPet, along with our specialty products.  Contact our office at 905-623-3940 or info@k9central.ca to place your order.
