Boarding Check-in and Check-out

• This refers to when your dog spends the night at K9 Central
• Mon-Fri 8am-12pm or 5pm-7pm Pick Up and Drop off
• Sat 8am-12pm Pick Up and Drop off
• Sun 10am-12pm or 5pm-7pm Pick Up and Drop off
• K9 Central is closed on all statutory holidays
• $25 out of hours fee applies and $50 on Statutory Holidays when the Check in and Check out times are not followed
• Statutory Holiday pick not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day
• Payment is mandatory upon check in
• **Please refer to the "Holiday Hours" section below for pick up and drop off times during Christmas Holidays**

Holiday Hours

• Christmas Eve: 8am-12pm
• Christmas Day: Closed
• Boxing Day: Closed
• New Years Eve: 8am-12pm
• New Years Day: Closed
• Please note: Dogs are under the care of trained staff at all times.

Daycare

• This refers to when your dog is at K9 Central for the day, not overnight
• By Appointment Only.
• We may not be able to accommodate all daycare requests
• Full Day: Monday- Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Half day: Monday- Friday: 7am-12pm or 2pm-7pm
• Weekends: Drop off 8 AM- Noon & Pick- Up between 5 PM- 7PM 

Front Desk & Retail

• This refers to when the office area is open
• Mon-Fri: 7am-8pm
• Sat: 8am-4pm
• Sun: 10am-7pm

Tours

• Mon- Fri: 10:00 AM- 11: 30 AM
• Sat and Sun: 10:30 AM- Noon  
• It is highly recommended that you call ahead to make sure a representative is on site to show you around
• Please Note: Tours for the In- home suites must be pre-booked
• Tours are not available on Long Weekends or Holidays
